When i shoot from flare gun with airdrop cartridge there is no plane and no drop i tried several times but nothing works.

??? that's definitely not an NTM thing, planes fly at a fixed speed, sounds like one of your """performance""" mods interferes with entity ticking which is likely why the plane apparently either gets stuck or never spawns in the first place.

might be fixed now? i finally managed to reproduce it by setting my render distance to 2, so i added an extra layer of forced chunk loading when the thing spawns which at least worked on my end
