Recently I was building my custom rocket silo for it all to suddenly crash my game once I turned the lever on that gave out a signal to the large launch pad. I did some investigating and it turns out it actually was a bug that was connected to the launch pad which i accidentally discovered. The video below shows exactly how the bug works:

For some reason if you fill up your large launch pad with the required fuel, energy and custom missile but you dont put the coordinates in the designator slot and then proceed to give out a redstone signal to that launch pad it will result in a ticking block crash as shown here below:

This was tested in the latest HBM version X4921. Here's the full crash log:
