the fat man bomb the little boy etc... the explosion have not sens first it form the atomic mushroom and ok it so cool, but after that the mushroom disappears and it starts to form a strange land sphere and it takes two hours to destroy itself

That's just how the algorithm procedurally deletes blocks.
