A bug of the generation of the default recipe JSON file for ElectrolyzerMetal recipes

Describe the bug
The default recipe JSON file for ElectrolyzerMetal generated by the mod (/config/hbmRecipes/_hbmElectrolyzerMetal.json) is entirely empty, instead of filled with default recipes as expected.
The bug exists in version X5027 (and maybe also in X5026), and seems to be present after the merging of 70000hp's pull request for bedrock ore elecrolyzer recipe autogen.
