Issue with Missiles and Rockets Getting Stuck Mid-Flight

Dear HBM Mod Development Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I have encountered a recurring issue while using the mod, particularly with missiles and artillery shells. When launching these projectiles from turrets, such as the "Henry Turret," they begin to fly but then get stuck mid-air about halfway through their trajectory. This issue occurs both on a local game and on a server.
Additionally, the radar does not display their movement correctly, as it shows the projectiles as stationary, despite the game continuing to run normally. When approaching the coordinates of the stuck projectiles, they do not fully load and remain suspended.
I have ruled out server performance issues, as the server is powerful and runs other processes without any noticeable lag. The problem seems inherent to the mod, as it also occurs in single-player mode.
Could you please look into the issue and suggest any potential fixes or provide an update to address this behavior?

Do you have a mod list? If you have Optifine installed, then it's that.

I specifically removed Optifine about 2 months ago, but the issue with projectiles getting stuck in the sky still persists. I want to point out that it's not just turret shells that get stuck, but also rockets and anti-missiles—basically, anything related to flying and the sky. This issue occurs when launching rockets from the radar over longer distances.
Below, I’ve attached a video where I demonstrate how these projectiles get stuck before reaching their target. I’ve also attached a screenshot with a list of all the mods I have installed.
Please help me figure out what’s causing this problem
