i created a server with this mod, and i cant place any block from it, neither can i use anything, i can use like the bomb kits that equip the stuff, but if i try to place the bomb, or cqall in a strike, or reload/shoot a gun, it just doesnt work, help please

Did you run the server from the standard server jar or the forge universal one? Does the log actually mention any of the mods loading?

Currently, I am using Thermos to set up a 1.7.10 server and playing with my friends without encountering the issues you mentioned. The server currently has 30 mods and 3 plugins installed, so you might need to provide more information to let BOB assist you better.
