soldering station liquid is set to sulfuric acid (but its empty) when recipe collision prevention is on (or off) it still processing the recipe, idk if this is a bug or feature but almost ruined my microchip circuit board factory, (i still heave not started it but still, i was relaying on this function) am i even using it correctly, not sure.

Recipe collision works when fluid is present i.e. the recipe would match a different one with sufficient fluid, it does not work when you don't have any fluid in there. For automation purposes, you will have to ensure enough acid is present.
