nuclear waste still destroyable

Priority: medium (in mid to late game)
i wanted to suggest that any kind of nuclear waste to be indestructible by any means, so players would be motivated to actually deal with it, but before i decided to suggest, i realized that depleted zirnox pellets was directly jumping in my inventory without much delay after dropping it (in my survival world), this is evil but i really respect it, i tested more and realized not even sulfuric acid nor cactus can destroy them, very nice! im not sure how long this have been added in game but there are some problems:

items still can be dropped in void, dropped items don't do anything (it will be nice if it ware to be able to poison surroundings (at least actual waste and not depleted ones so that extraction will not be problem)) and putting in storage blocks stops its threats.

waste blocks/barrels/billet/rods, depleted rbmk/PWR/WATZ reactor waste/rods are still destroyable
if first one can not be fixed, fixing second part is important, and i hope not too hard. but i really like the idea, really respect it.
