steel tank empties when unloaded

this is possibly high priority bug, almost lost an reactor because main water supply tank got empty (i have redstone safety system so it switched to emergency cooling loop and survived, even tho reactor was not running) i really hope this can be fixed but recreating the bug is hard and unpredictable, here is a detailed environment to where it happened:

so tanks in input/output mode when unloaded releases its liquid into connected mechanisms, even if their buffer is full, so liquid is deleted, thats where all my petroleum gas went that was collected for backup generators! what is the temporary fix?

so i am loosing my mind or there is something very wrong going on, here is whats happening, they are tight to each other some how

  1. there are some "special" chunks (or to be exact cluster of chunks on one region randomly apart) that when unloaded from specific direction and returned back, ducts becomes none type, they still function but visually they still are empty ducts (they go back to normal when reloging into the world)

  2. there some even more special chunks that sometimes ducts loose type and sometimes don't

  3. and there are some special chunks where pylon wires go invisible when unloaded

now of all of that three types are in one, when duct goes into that chunk and there is tank or liquid storage connected, they get emptied

i know this does not make any scene but it happens.

and also if you manipulate this bug too many times game starts to have sudden lag spikes every 15 seconds, every minute it gets worse, point where there are lag spikes and also cpu usage spikes every second and suddenly everything fixes, only way to deal with it is to close minecraft and launch it again, fps jumps back to 120fps

ignore the labels except yellow line and red circle (other labels was from previously deleted data)
yellow line represents one of the chunk borders which stops right on zirnox reactor, if you remove every duct with blue line from water supply (even from reactor so water has no where to go) and place any duct higher than yellow line connecting ducts on below yellow line (for example circled duct), its 100% chance every time you leave the chunk, water will drain from tank, if you break any ducts that cross chunk, bug never happens... i need answers or i will be thinking about this my entire life, because every think has reasons, and they should never happen out of nowhere.

*also if i go in direction of blue arrows, it happens, on green arrows, everything is normal
