Energy blocks occasionally empty themselves when chunks are unloaded.

I am on version 1.0.27X4291 in 1.7.10. I have noticed when I leave and the chunk with my energy storage blocks are unloaded, occasionally my lithium and/or schrabidium energy storage blocks will deplete fully or just some. I have only noticed this problem specifically when the energy storage blocks are allowing energy in and out.
