I ran numerous tests before submiting this issue, so i know what am i talking about

First of all, i tried to load my saves that used to work with EnergyControl and HBM in elder versions of HBM but it does crash now.
Trying to remove ECM i sucessfully loaded the save BUT, once i tried using the card on the reactor core it crashed the game.
Testing it multiple times i could be certain that there is the conflict, i don't know why, or if the correction must be applied here, but if thats not the case, the issue has been found, is reported and now is able to be transferred to ECM owner.

EC has some explicit compat, but most of it seems hard-coded so it most likely broke when NTM was updated a while back. I added some compatibility stuff a while back, I'll probably end up submitting a PR to EC's repository that uses that instead.
