i cant launch minecraft
galactic craft team did just closed issue without even trying to find what causing game to crash

You can take out mods one by one and see if that does anything, or throw out GC entirely. There's not a whole lot more I can tell you about this since I'm not a GC dev.

i cant delete galactic craft it says when i turn minecraft on that i dont have galacticcraft core

Because you probably have another mod that depends on GC, like GalaxySpace or Extra Planets. It should say what it is in the log file.

Two mods have some conflicting IDs and it doesn't say what. If it's an old pack that you've modified I suggest you just undo whatever changes you've made since it last worked, if it's a new pack just start from scratch.

Oh it does actually say at wintercraft.Wintercraft.Init

Whatever Wintercraft is, it's conflicting with something else. Either throw it out or see if you an manually change entity IDs in some config.
