There is currently no config option for disabling the ritual for obtaining the guide book. While it's useful, some modpacks may change the mod up enough for the guidebook to be very inaccurate. In these cases, disallowing getting the guide book would be useful.

Added the config "book_ritual_enabled" and the default is true.
