I had two rendering crashes when just using Patchouli, Hearth Well, Forge, and Forge Mod Loader.

Really weird.. I was able to craft new vanilla items in my inventory without issue. Do you need any more files to check this out?
It looks like any time you craft a new Hearth Well item in your personal inventory (not in a crafting table), you crash and lose the item. It happened a couple more times. It’s probably related to the game not being able to show that “new recipe unlocked” thing for HW while in your inventory, but it is able to show it in the crafting table GUI for some reason.
