Some times action bar is overlapping with item tooltips. Would be good to controll that.

This looks like a mod conflict, the overlay bar is usually taken into account, and tooltip lines will be cut to fit below.
In your case the lines seem to be rendering higher than they should.

Can you try if this can be reproduced without Raised?
