Describe your issue

I'm trying to smelt a haul of iron I'd gotten, don't have any gold yet so I simply try to cast everything into blocks so I don't need to spend sand on every spare nugget or ingot. I would just put ingots back in after collecting a block to round the molten metal up to cast another block, but then I got down to 2i&6n of iron left in the melter and, nuggets can't be smelted? Well that really doesn't seem right. I don't know if it's a bug or I'm just crazy for thinking Forge Tinkers' had smeltable nuggets, but it seems a little unreasonable to not be able to.
