Describe your issue

A TConstruct tool's ability (in my case, Lucky/Luckiest) is ineffective when the tool is used on a Deployer from the Create mod.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Place a Deployer facing horizontally, with a Chute beneath (to extract products), and change its mode to left-click with a Wrench. Power the Deployer
  • Produce a pickaxe with Lucky (preferably level 3 so the difference is obvious) and Diamond
  • Put the pickaxe onto the Deployer
  • Place a Diamond Ore two blocks in front of the Deployer (so that it can mine the ore), repeat this for a few times
  • Examine the output from the Chute

Expected behavior: A notable increase in Diamond production, for example 8 Diamonds from 4 Diamond Ores.

Actual result: One Diamond for every Diamond Ore broken by the Deployer.
