Describe your issue

So I've had lots of desync issues in the modpack I'm playing with my partner and friends, all focused on Hephaestus it seems.

  1. Sometimes the Melter and Faucet, when powered by redstone to automatically empty into a casting table, will leave ghost fluids and ghost items which cannot be interacted with. Other players see the Casting Table filled with a few nuggets of leftovers and an empty Melter, while I, the server host, see a Melter with a few extra nuggets which will not pour into the casting table, and a casting table with a full ingot inside it that won't get pulled out by a hopper.
  2. When logging in, sometimes the Melter will seemingly forget about the Solid Fuel slot when above a Seared Heater, and show a fuel bar in place of the Solid Fuel slot. Any solid fuel in the slot will appear in the player interacting with it's top left inventory slot, and all other items will get moved over 1 slot clientside, which is fixed upon picking them up and placing them back in the slot. In order to fix the Melter's inventory the Melter or Seared Heater must be broken and re-placed.
  3. When logging in, sometimes tools simply will not function- a Hephaestus Pickaxe with full durability will act like fists when breaking stone, with no extra speed. This persists until relogging. This also sometimes happens at random rather than just on login. This issue in particular has only happened to me when connecting through localhost. This seems similar to the issue someone is having with Inventorio except this time it happens randomly and fixes itself upon relogging, and we also don't have Inventorio.
  4. Sometimes when going to repair a tool in a Tinker's Table or Anvil, the tool will not show in the craft-result slot, but can still be taken out, completing the repair.
