i apologize if this is not a bug, but as a client mod this only works in singleplayer or LAN games. when online it does nothing.

again, if it is meant to work this way then my bad. the description on curseforge and github don't specify whether it's for the client or server.

steps to reproduce:

1. have mod installed
2. edit the config to have a 100% hewoChance
3. join a multiplayer server that does not have this mod installed
4. send messages or try the /owo command
