Probably good to do this one across a version boundary since it's a breaking change for people without MoreIotas, but this came up on Discord and I think it makes some amount of sense. The type stuff is relatively self-contained, and would make sense to be in a library addon for the same reason that strings and matrices are — so that other devs (eg Hexbound) could use without depending on all of Hexal.
