The Cardinal Components API is missing from the Fabric Mod JSON, leading to an unintuitive error on world load/generation instead of a dependency error.

Also running into an issue i think is caused by the same thing: When i try to join my main world (with a bunch of other mods), it freezes (not crashes) on 0% loading. It still spat out a crashlog, here it is: https://pastebin.com/ym6En5U8

It appears not. With 0.9.1 it still lets me launch the game without having cardinal-components-api installed, crashing on world load.
