I would like if we could write on scrolls like on the hex grid, instead of writing iotas onto them using scribes gambit.
That way you could actually write down whole spells, maybe edit them by beeing able to remove iotas with right click. I am probably not the only one that gets annoyed at trying to make trinkets or artifacts and forgetting a single iota somewhere in the stack.
We already have small, medium and large scrolls that dont really have any difference, as you cant have multiple iotas on a large scroll.
Maybe you could see the iotas on a scroll the way you can see the contents of a map in your hands.

Now to the next suggestion:
You know how you can add glow to signs with glow inc sacs or have glowing item frames? Why not have glowing scrolls?
We already can add amethyst dust to show the stroke order, so why not make them glow in the dark? Maybe even add the showing of the stroke order as if you press controll if you add one of the pigments or glowberrys.

I think the first half of this is covered by foci and spellbooks, right?
