Renaming Local to Ravenmind

Since local is being renamed to ravenmind, should OpPushLocal and OpPeekLocal be renamed to OpPushRavenmind and OpPeekRavenmind?

A lot of the internal and external names are different... and I already fixed this in 1.0!

Given it's not something that faces the player I'm going to close this. Good catch, though.
