Attempting to write to an already written akashic bookshelf gives no indication that the write has failed

As far as I can tell, nowhere in the book does it mention that you cannot overwrite a bookshelf without first clearing it. I feel that this should be noted in one of the sections about akashic records and/or throw a mishap. (mishap suggested by Rastaban_TzW on the discord)
