Crash when trying to draw hexes on Fabric/Quilt?

The TL;DR is it is probably an issue with the version of Java the Curseforge launcher ships. Using Adoptium OpenJDK instead seems to fix it.

Edit: I changed "gridSnapThreshold" to 0.5 in the config file (hexcasting-client.json5) and it fixed it
Crashes on 1.18.2 fabric + dont know how to install adoptium properly
