Issue description

The newly added boolean directrix does not have a recipe, and is called ??? Directrix if you spawn one in, presumably due to the lack of a flay recipe to give it a proper villager name. It also does not have an entry in the hex book describing how to make it or how it works.

I would suggest adding a recipe that uses a shepherd villager, and thus changing the name to Shepherd Directrix, since that seems like a fitting choice for a block that directs the flow of media.
