Issue description

In-game the Hex Notebook says "[media wave travels]...collecting any patterns it finds. Once the wave circles back around to the Impetus, all patterns encounted are cast in order" which is wrong now, as the media wave casts patterns it encounters, not collecting them to be cast at the end anymore

Steps to reproduce

1. Read Hex Notebook page about Spell Circles
2. Make simple spell circle (eg: Bound Cleric impetus, Mind's Reflection, Numerical Reflection: 1, Blue Sun's Nadir)
3. Notice how you get the effect as the media wave steps over the spell pattern, not when it reaches the impetus
