Describe the feature

Your mod reminded me of something. Please read The Runesmith (Novel), if possible, please add features from the novel such as: creating magic scrolls, creating enchantments on equipment that, like in the novel, are written on items, creating your own unique spells by combining first-order runes.

What I mean is: create a rune alphabet that will act as a magic programming language, and by writing runes, players will be able to create unique spells, enchantments, and more. Also, please create a grimoire where players can save their crazy ideas.
