I've had this amazing idea! It's called.. Craft by Autoclick!
What it does is allows the game to simulate mouse clicks for large scale crafting. I noticed some mods like toms storage can glitch with shift+click or stack crafting with bigger stacks but one thing they all have in common is they work just not stack crafting so my theory is this; hold mouse for configurable secs and then the game starts auto clicking while in a craft menu.

Why an auto clicker can't work
An auto clicker app such as super click are system wide and on large or multimonitor setups this can definitely lead to complications and clicking fast hurts after a few hours of gameplay.

Anyways this seems like the kind of mod you could wipe up =)
