Feature description

There should be a mod that allows shears to get the Fortune enchantment. When such a shears is used to shear a sheep, the maximum amount of wool dropped is increased by 1 for every level of Fortune, up to 1-6 wool at Fortune III.

This allows players to enchant their shears to not only extend their lifespan but increase wool yield.
