Feature description

Hello,

I'd like to propose a new mod idea.
Mining can be tideous and many players like building more than endlessly looking for ores.
It is even more annoying if you dig a block past a vein and miss it.

The mod should send a message to a player when he is near an ore vein.
Something like "There are diamonds nearby..." to let the player know, the diamonds are in a specific distance to him.
The distance should be configurable.
