I know this mod is to encourage using Minecarts.
I however disagree that Ice Boats need to be nerfed in the same mod.
If I now create a modpack for my own Server I can't include the client side because I can't instruct every player to turn off the ice boat nerf.

So just include a config for the mod in your modpack that turns off the nerf. No?
