[Suggestion] Increased homesickness as your home level goes up

What I'd like to do is increase the severity of home sickness over time as your home level goes up. That way I could balance the system a bit more evenly.
For example in my current pack I've included rough tweaks so players don't heal naturally . . . but after level four they get regeneration within their home area. At level eight they also get the bounce effect from blood magic which means they won't take fall damage while "at home" either. That's super nice.
But I wish I could balance adding more nice effects at home by also opening the player up to more nasty effects once they leave their own borders. Perhaps the nasty effects that come into play soonest also require the highest level of homeliness so you don't see them until you are quite far into the game.
The way things work right now the moment they set a permanent home they are open to all the bad effects that home sickness brings instantly. That just doesn't seem right.
Either I'm going to be insanely harsh about leaving home during the early game, or way too nice later on when they have a much larger home region and get more benefits from staying within it.
