Add more capability to the purified water fluids already in the mod to allow automatons such as

1. craftable purified water bucket/conversion from normal water
2. purified water storage in tanks
3. filling purified water bottles from cauldrons and tanks

This is way overkill. I'm going to backport water bottles. but I just can't justify this being a feature. I don't see how or why it is even necessary.

To clarify. I did a bunch of work to add this stuff for like create and whatnot, and it literally never gets used ... how do I know ... It was actually broken and nobody even noticed. Also, to be cross modloader compatible, between NeoForge and Fabric, fluid containers are a mess and I have to do custom stuff. I have all the code to support it, but it isn't pleasant to work with. Given that it is a super crazy tiny niche use-case, I just can't even justify adding any more features around this. I totally understand for early gameplay, but anything else is hard to justify, as there isn't really a "late game" for this mod.
