Genuine question, unsure if I'm just blind, but I can't find a config file anywhere in either per-save serverconfig or the config folder for my instance (ATLauncher), and I'm just curious.

You can't directly configure the hook stats in a config file, that has to be done using data packs to alter the item components on the recipe results. I have info on the different item components Hooked uses (and example commands) in the README, and you can find tutorials online about changing recipe outputs using data packs.

Ah, I see.

It was more just wondering if certain things (like the reach of hooks, the speed, etc) were configurable. And after playing the mod just a little bit more I realized I'm just an idiot, and that the speed and reach of the hooks does in fact increase with each upgrade. (insert your facepalm gif of choice)
