All the recipes for changing the color of the hookshot and the recipes for upgrading / repairing are there, but the one to create the og one is not there

Okay but I'm gonna need a bit more information than that. Is this a dedicated server or singleplayer? What mods do you have installed? All that fun stuff.

• Server: Multiplayer server running 1.17.1 on GCP
• Mods installed: I'm using the modpack Another Quality Modpack 2
• Mod loader: Fabric
• I don't see anything in the logs (server or client side) pertaining to this

Ahh, okay. Well, with just Hookshot in a dedicated server, there's no issues with the recipes, so if I had to guess maybe the modpack you're using makes some alteration? You could ask the modpack devs and find out if that's the case, but this isn't a base Hookshot issue as far as I can tell.
