Did some testing, seems to be a combo of Supplementaries, SmoothBoot , and Fastload + i just removed all three and my modlist works now.

Not using the entire same list as you but had no conflicts with our shared mods so seems to be that those three have issues with a few mods

Edit:
Seems to be Fractal Portals itself needs to be updated. Tested more and it crashes with just fractal portals and paradise lost.
