[Feature Request] Config to disable message when Copper Horn is not bound to a mob

As it says on the tin, I'd like a config option to disable the "No animal is bound to this instrument" message that appears when tooting an unbound Copper Horn. Would make it more fun to use outside of that context for those who dislike the message and want to also be able to treat Copper Horns like normal instruments
Config option to disable all error messages added in 1.5.2 / 1.5.3 (1.21.8).
I chose to not add separate config for only "not bound" message, as I think that disabling individual messages is better to be done in a resourcepack.
I'll try to add an option to remove it. In the meantime - you can remove it with resourcepack by overriding translation to empty string.
