[1.18.2 / 5.1.9] Charged Creeper generates hundreds of Lightning Particle items on explosion

Forge: 40.1.68
HMaG version: 5.1.9
Other main mods: Twilight Forest, BYG, Grimoire of Gaia 4, Alex's Mobs
To reproduce: spawn a creeper, charge it with a Bottle 'o Lightning, then ignite it.
What happens: hundreds of lightning particle items spawned on the ground.
Expected: nothing other than a pit.
It seems that the amount of Lightning Particles is related to blocks it broke, as I found much more of them when charged Creeper explodes on dirt ground than in stone cave.
