(1.12.2 latest version of the mod) the effects of the nerfing food stays in my mod pack after the mod has been removed cant seem to find the reason why ive deleted the configs for it and the mod itself no luck

Might be Pam's Harvestcraft; its newer versions affects vanilla food values.

If you're getting Strength and Resistance might be Pam's
If a food has more than 10 (hunger, shranks) gives you 3 minutes of said effects
