B:difficultyScaling=false, B:difficultyScalingBoneMeal=true - server should have the same settings unless transition process was different, difficulty is Normal, bonemeal works on carrots and potatoes (presumably on other crops too) but doesn't on fruit and on disabled-crop-modification (due to incompatibility with Witchery which I should really report) wheat. HO beta 6, HC 1.7.10f - not updated because server host isn't aware of updates and I dislike the changes made.
