Describe the bug
The skill-tree tab is covered by tabs from other mods (Custom-NPCs in particular)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Custom-NPCs or another mod with tabs, as well as Hunter's Dream
2. Unlock the skill-tree with the book
3. Open inventory in survival mode
4. See error

Expected behavior
The tab should act like the others and find a place next to them

Minecraft 1.12.2, Hunter's Dream 1.0.0

Additional context
The other mod's tabs cover Hunter's Dream's tab. I suggest making a key to open, moving the tab, or making it compatible with the other tabs.

Thanks a lot for your report! We'll try to fix this issue as soon as possible thanks to your suggestions.

This issue should be fixed in the commit 90775c7 through removal of the button and the lycanthropy book as a replacement for it. (The book doesn't get consumed when used now.)
