Feature description

A config to add the ability to either delete a backup when it is claimed or allow a backup to only be claimed once to prevent backup item farming.

Want to make a quest that allows users to "buy" (in game item) the items back after death in a hardcore pack. (We chatted about this in discord). However with how the mod is currently, users could farm their past death backups for more items instead of crafting them again.

EX: Die with 5 diamonds, purchase the backup a few times, Now you have 20 diamonds without putting in the mine time.
