Feature description

I'd really like the ability to require at least one crying obsidian in a nether portal in order for it to work. This is stemming from the idea that players will need to go and adventure to find an ancient portal and to build it out to completion in some way (lava+water works still) but I want there to be a crying obsidian somewhere in the frame, if possible. Thank you for putting out such amazing mods!
