Description

When I die items got both in the chest AND on the ground, meaning they get duplicated. Dunno if its an incompatibility but i dont have any other mod that touch death mechanic. the only one is Vanilla Refresh but it only changes the sound. Any idea of what can be the cause of this? Even just to reduce the number of possible culprits
