[1.12.2] Black box around sun when HWYLA info box appears

What happens:
Whenever both the sun and HWYLA box is on the screen at the same time, there is a black box around the sun

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • Hwyla: 1.8.26-B41
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2836

Possible Conflicting Mods (no suspicions except Optifine)

  • Optifine: HD Ultra E3
  • Unity Resource pack
  • Phosphor: 0.2.4+build46-universal

I will say I also have this issue, but lack the Unity Resource Pack and (At the time) Phosphor.

I'll also chime in, since I have the same issue. (This seems issue appears to be over a year old, but unresolved). I have the same situation but without the Unity Resource Pack. The way by playgroup made the 1.12.2 pack is a bit weird, but we started on Twitch and moved over to Technic, the problem only appeared in the Technic version. The two versions should be identical (including both having Phosphor) but the Twitch version does NOT have Optifine while the Technic one does. That leads the assumption that its a WAILA interaction with Optifine causing their issue but I have not been able to isolate the problem (although it could be a different issue that I am not accounting for).
