Issue Description:

I noticed that the horse stats are not all there (no jump height or speed), or they do not show the correct stats (1 extra health, half a heart)

What happens:

Not showing the right stats while looking at horses

What you expected to happen:

I expected to see horse jump height and speed while looking at them, and the correct amount of hp

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install mod and fabric
2. Run MC
3. Look at horse and notice jump height and speed is missing, and notice there is a half heart (1 hp) extra compared to sitting on the horse
