Rewrite HUD configs

Combine the Element and Color configs:

  • Scroll-able
  • Separate screen for moving the HUD around
  • Some other things I can't put into words right now

Some noticeable bugs, but it's working for the most part.

Note: Old configs will not work with the new config. Won't have to delete anything, just have to reset your stuff.
