Issue Description:

when you type certain values (for instance the vertical value of .0000000001 the overlay will go off your screen completely and get stuck there and it wont let you change it back.

i was trying to get it to the bottom of my screen but it wouldnt save a 0 value and .1 was still very high up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open overlay settings
2. type .000000001 in vertical value space
3. save
   ...
