I literally just commented that it needs to be fixed, then I realized is should report it, but it looks like you have went to the future took my idea and then went back in time and posted it here

at least it gets installed automatically if you install WAWLA, which is available for 1.16.5 profiles
I think the mod author quit modding, there's an alternative mod called Jade, which has lots of features found in HWYLA addons too
